STRONG – Small Group Personal Training – Monday – Wednesday – Friday

This Program has been created to give our members a cost effective way to get the same results you’d get working one on one with a Personal Trainer – but with the bonus of a supportive, motivating and fun group environment.  You also have the huge perk of receiving coaching from 8 different trainers who are all dialed in to guide, support and push you towards achieving your goals!

We follow a structured 6 week 3 day full body workout plan that can be tailored to each participant to ensure you are getting stronger, fitter, more flexible, protecting and enforcing healthy joint mechanics and really enjoy the feeling of your body absolutely thriving!  

In class, we are using the strength training equipment (cables, leg press, glute drive, hack squat, smith machine etc etc), free weights, kettlebells, trx and bodyweight exercises.  You need NOT have any previous experience, we are here to teach you everything! Our programming produces excellent results, our members get strong, powerful and leaner while improving their stability and mobility.  With our safe, interesting and enjoyable sessions, you will feel like you are being challenged and make excellent progress towards your goals – without feeling burnt out, injured, overworked or bored.

We utilize progressive overload each week to ensure your precious time is being spent wisely, you will get stronger!  Just like when you work with a trainer, we’ll explore all tools and equipment to ensure you are using what is perfect for your body.

The class will include mobility training, strength building lifts, pump accessory exercises, core work, a heart pumping finisher and a great cool down/stretch.  We make sure you are lifting with perfect form, you’ll learn why we are doing what we’re doing, what muscles are working and what tempo and rest patterns to use to ensure you’re going to create the perfect conditions for muscle growth.

Expect to increase your strength, build muscle, burn body fat, improve your physique, elevate your athletic performance levels, increase gym confidence and feel incredible!

Bootcamp – Tuesday – Thursday – Saturday

Fast paced, challenging but SO MUCH FUN and for sure, good for all levels!!  Come expecting a full body conditioning workout with some strength training moments woven in.  Our bootcamp is designed to compliment our Strong Program, they are a perfect match and by the end of the week you’ll have hit all the body parts and worked all your systems!  

We use everything – weights, kettlebells, ropes, balls, TRX, bodyweight, bands, rowers and more – you name it, we’ll do it!  A little different every time but you are guaranteed a balanced, super effective and efficient workout!

No experience necessary and safe for all levels of fitness, we’ll provide modifications and progressions as needed!  Our bootcamps are taught by Personal Trainers who know how to keep you safe, get you strong and make you have a great time doing it.

Glutecamp:  Monday’s

One full hour devoted 100% to your glutes where you will get to use and learn proper form and technique using the gym equipment, free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight exercises?  Yes please!  Iron Heart’s specialty!

Whether your goals are athletic or aesthetic, you will learn how to properly activate, engage and build muscle in allll the right places in this small group training class!  If you have a bad back, this class will help heal it, guaranteed. 

Our Glutecamp is like having a glute-specific personal training session with you and a few of your fav training buddies!  We’ll be deadlifting, hip thrusting, squatting and allllll the things in this equipment-centered workout!

In order to build the perfect glutes, you need to work all the rep ranges, weight levels and movement patterns and that is exactly what we offer! Every single class we have on the schedule has a very strong glute component. However, if you want to 100% focus on that backside then this is the class for you!

Iron Heart Small Group Training is a complete full body training system.  We follow a structured 6 week program (that you can start anytime!) that consists of 3 full body strength training days that focus on building muscle and mobility plus three optional bootcamp/conditioning days to add into your week to get that metabolic conditioning/cardio fix!
