Our Small Group Training Program is a 6-week program designed to to make you feel like you you have a knowledgeable in-person Personal Trainer coaching you but you’ve got the added bonus of a welcoming and supportive crew keeping you accountable, connected and engaged.
Whether you are an elite athlete or an individual looking to gain strength, build muscle, change your body composition, decrease body fat, and add coordination, our class instructors are here to provide expert guidance on your journey. Our expert Personal Trainers will ensure you love your class while advising on proper form and technique. This approach not only allows for individualized coaching but also fosters camaraderie among members, creating an encouraging atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
