No, our pricing is straightforward. We do not charge signup fees, key tag fees, or hidden costs. You will not find any uncomfortable contracts here—just transparent prices that are a great deal.
Do you have group classes?
Yes, we offer small group training classes for Bootcamp, Glutecamp and Strong. Call the gym or click here for the latest online schedule. These exclusive programs have been designed to deliver personalized attention in a supportive community.  All the benefits of working one-to-one with a personal trainer but more fun!  Our 6-week block (start any time that works for you) focusses on progressive overload, dialing in perfect form, and choosing movement patterns and tools that are most appropriate for you. You get impressive results, avoid injury, and really learn how to work out to build and heal your body.
